At Urban Planet, we want you to love your style. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn items back into their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure your return is accepted.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and processes your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
